Southern Fried Favorites

East of Texas, if it touches the Gulf of Mexico, we consider it the Southern Fried. Because we like them, we’ll throw in Tennessee and the Carolinas. For the record, Texas is not in the Deep South, and we don’t consider them Southern Fried!
